I have a couple of notes that link to the part number and description of the part to which it is attached.  I would love to have these notes accessible on the flyout shortcut bar (I press the S key).  Is this possible?  Currently they are in the design libarary, with a great many other notes/blocks.

I've not been able to figure out now to add a shortcut to a design lib folder, nor specific notes, to the shortcut bar.

I hope somebody has.
