I am exploting the deformation of a squared silicone block and would like to use adaptive methods to refine my mesh, but I cannot find this option.

I am using Solidworks 2018 education version, does anybody have an idea how I can activate it? This is how the simulation properties of my solid body look like: (see picture attached).
