hi - I installed my student license, but before it was activated over the internet, the grace period had ended.  I could still activate, so I followed the wizard.  however it keeps failing, with the message "activation transaction failed: activation count exceeded.  either deactivate a license from another computer and retry...."

should I just start the installation process again from square 1?  or what should I do?
