I have one user having problems starting SW on his laptop since we installed SW 2016 from an admin image. This is the message he sees:
There are no logs in the admin image folder for his machine. This is a standalone license for SW along with EPDM Pro and a network license of Simulation Pro and Flow Simulation. I have requested that he send me the local copies of his install logs, but in the meantime, I thought I would post this here in case anyone has seen this error and knows how to resolve it..
