In SOLIDWORKS Support Monthly News – June 2017 they detail the use of Proudman's formulation for acoustic power, the link to the Solution Id (S-072876) is broken and I am curious of it's contents. Does Solidworks use the work done by Sarkar and Hussaini in the “Computation of the sound generated by isotropic turbulence” to calculate the acoustic power level or some other formulation?
