Hello dear friends , 

I use already  ScanTo3d tool of SolidWorks to reconstruct surfaces. I use points cloud as inputs. After that, I  do the mesh of these points and finally reconstruct the surface. In this context, I would like to know what are the reconstruction parameters that should be considered to ensure the accuracy of results. for exemple, I should be sure that the recontructed surface is not outside the tolerance zone. are there a mathematical model alreadu used with ScanTo3d tool .
