I'm really hoping I can recover a macro I have spent a significant amount of time working on. In an attempt to remove unwanted references from the macro and do some tidying, I hid the macro from the project (right-click hide) then without thinking I saved the file (yes I'm an idiot).

When I look at the .swp file using notepad I can see items of my code but obviously I can't edit the file and I can't see if there is a way to import the file back in. I've even tried right-clicking the file to check for previous versions but there weren't any. The file is saved to my desktop and there are no backups made, is there a way to recover the information somehow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
