Sorry if asking about Abaqus is not really accepted here (if so I won't do it again)

I know that a lot of the people that use SolidWorks, especially for FEA, also know Abaqus. I have a very simple question:

I have a 3D wire model with several components. After positioning all my components into the right places (using position constraints), I am then ready to tie the nodes together. Herein lies the question: Do I have to manually select each node that I want to be part of the tie constraint (1 node for the master and then manually select the other nodes) or can I somehow grab a group of nodes and tie them together? Doing it manually requires that I hide specific instances in order to grab the node of another instance. I made a paint image to depict what I am talking about.
