See the image below for the error message displayed. This error was encountered by a user accessing both the Solidworks program and the drawing file over a VPN to a remote computer. Solidworks is installed on the remote computer and the drawing is stored on a network drive accessed from the remote computer. The error was received when attempting to select "Options" from the Tools menu.

Please advise if anyone knows what causes this error or if more information is needed to troubleshoot for the error.
