5 days after subsciption and access still denied ...

I'm losing patience, access to my 3DEXPERIENCE (link received by email) is still denied.

No response to my open tickets... 
I've sent an email to europe.supportcenter@3ds.com but all they do is refer me to the FAQ, the tickets or this forum...

I've noticed that topics dating back to 2022 deal with the same subject without any clear response to date.

I have already tried to connect from another PC, with or without VPN, also in incognito mode...

 

It looks like my account is still considered as guest

 

I'm sorry to spoil this forum but if necessary I'll post every day until my problem is solved.
