I've been using 3d experience for a few weeks, so I'm new to Solidworks. I've designed a small car and designed rod ends from scratch. When I'm trying to connect them in a 4 part train, I cannot connect the third part as it seems to be constrained by something. I've checked that the rod end sphere can move freely by putting a rod through the hole and it moves freely when I have it isolated in its own window.  .Looking at the first jpeg, I'm trying  to concentric mate the rod end poking through the hole onto the hole in the bracket (the hole in the swivelling bracket,the lower left most hole) but it will not mate. Also I cannot move it manually when pulling it with the cursor, the other parts seem to move instead.  All parts are only constrained concentrically and will rotate freely on their own. Also, I've checked the parts are none of the ones that need to move are fixed. (they should be float by default?) Any help greatly appreciated.
