3DExperience will not do a fresh install

Hi,

My Solidworks update has failed yet again. Having been through this so many times before I'm now just trying to force a fresh install. The 3DExperienceLauncher.exe will only give the options to repair or remove, it will not allow me to do a new install. I have removed all folders on my system related to dassault or solidworks, and I have cleaned the registry, but something must be remaining because it wont let me install. I have followed one of the guides to removed all folders, but still no go. 

Is there any way to force a fresh install from the launcher, or find out why the launcher wont give me the install option or what it thinks is still installed?
