Hello All,

New here, so the question may be a basic knowledge question.  In Visualize, the left pane is 3dexperiece.  When I press the connect button I get an error message that it cannot connect.

Here is the full message:  

Unable to read DecenginePortFile C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\DassaultSystemes\\CATTemp\\SWXDesktop\\decengine.port after trying for a maximum of 10000 milliseconds.
 

Is there a solution to this or should I contact my partner who sold me the software.
