I accidentally purchased the XDesign for makers instead of the 3DExperience for makers, then purchased the 3DExperience and tried cancelling the XDesign. Everything checks out on the subscriptions page but i cannot access 3DExperience anywhere on the website. It only shows the option for the XDesign space. I have read and tried everything i can find online about the issue but nothing takes me to where i can download the software. Nothing in the Compass allows me to toggle between the two software's to be able to download 3DExperience onto my desktop. I am not sure what to try anymore and Solidworks customer service does not have human help for makers.
