I haven't opened SW in weeks but today when I open SW wants to update 3d Experience from HotFix 3.10 to 4.12 ... I click UPDATE and nothing happens. I logged 3d Experience and downloaded it and installed and still when I click on SW nothing happens. Thoughts?
