3d Experience App not working.

 

 

I installed the launcher from 3dexperience website after purchasing 1 year of their subscription, yet even after following all the steps I cannot launch or use solidworks.

 

I disbaled firewalls and tried the troubleshooting method with ports, however it still doesn't work.

Every time I click install on solidworks option (on the 3dexperience website) it shows the same popup shown below.

 

Please let me know what to do.
