There used to be some sort of 3D menu that I used with my 3D connection space navigator

There I cold select to rote/move one component of an assembly with the spacenavigator.

Since upgrading to 2014, I cannot seem to find that menu or how to bring it up - or how to achieve that manipulation of a single part in an assembly by any other means?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
