I'm attempting to convert AutoCAD LT 2010 drawings into SW, which has been working relatively well for me, except for certain parts which have lugs on them. By "lugs" I mean that these parts are made from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, which has 3 "lugs" on the extrusion. These are cylindrical parts, with an inside diameter. The issue I am having is that I am able to convert the parts into SW, select my contours, and use the Revolved Boss/Base feature in order to create a 3D part from the imported drawing, however when I select the lugged area of the sketch for a contour, the lugs then become one continual entity around the OD of the part. I need to have these lugs as 3 separate entites spaced around the OD of the part. Any expertise is appreciated...
