When trying to install 2021 SP2 we get to the installation screen to let you choose which items to install & where to install them & are having an issue. It is red flagging the location of the hole callout and being a previous version wanting to select an installation method. The option to change the hole wizard option is greyed out so there is no way to change it. That then prevents the option to download the software. What is the work around for getting to update the program.
