Hi

When Installing SolidWorks updates / service packs I get the following error..

Installation files could not be downloaded because: Internal Error: CoCreateInstance({652E77B7-69AA-491B-8C64-25B79239863F}) FAILED. If the problem persists, a proxy server might be preventing automatic downloads. Choose the option to download files manually instead.

I have not had issues in pervious releases of SolidWorks this only started to happen when I went from 2015 to 2016, and now I can't download the 01 SP, I had the same issue when trying to download the 0.1 sp as well.

To the best of my knowledge there are no firewall/antivirus/proxy issues.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?
