With such a big difference in the appearance of 2016 versus 15, is anyone else concerned for training?  For instance, person comes in to class using 16 on the VAR lab but may go back to the office where they may be using 15 and earlier?  At first I was very concerned but the more I play with 16, the more I'm at ease due to the locations being generally the same.  On the other hand, I'm teaching my oldest son SolidWorks now and he thought it was a different software at first glance.  New users are who I am most concerned with.
