I have upgraded my desktop to Windows 10 with Excel 2016

I cannot see the property tab builder properties on task pane.

When tried to edit the prp file with 2015 Property tab builder, it crashes

I tried to create a new prp file and as soon as I click on List Tab, it crashes again

Anyone experienced this and any solution?
