I don't know if this is the proper place to post this or not, but I cannot turn in a bug if the online reporting tool doesn't work, so hopefully Solidworks will see this post and let me know what the issue is or not. 

I simply cannot report any bugs, because from my perspective the system is spitting out an error every time I try to report a bug.. Check out the attached video.
