2013 (/2014) sp5 crash on plane creation

Version:

2013/2014 sp5 student/education edition licensed by my university.

Problem:

Solidworks pause and crashes when trying to create a plane.

New part>front face> geometry ref.> plane> crash

My research on the forum gives many suggestions:

I have tried:

-Reïnstall

-Upgrade to sp5

-registery adjustments

-Reïntstall+ registry adjustment+ reboot

-Driver update GPU

-Use the repair tool with in Solidworks

-use the 2010 fix from thread/29257

-deleted cash

-started as administrator (from an administrator account)

Note:

-Windows 8.1

-GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7700M (and a Intel HD graphics 4000)

Does anyone know how to fix this or got a improvement on any of the possible solutions i have tried?
