I have just upgraded from 2009 to 2012 solidworks. At first everything worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then I started to develop problems. I am wondering if the way I set up the Routing Library wizzard is causing my problems. My main problem is that when I drop a flange it either will not start a route or it does but then throws up. Yes I have start route on drop of flanges selected. The next thing that happens is that the initial flange shows in the design tree, then under that (not part of that) the route appears. This route does not contain the flange but it did bring in all the other flanges from all other routes in my assembly. Very strange.

So moving forward I am wondering if anyone here may help me with setting up my Route Library Manager. I thought I was on the right track but still have problems. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
