2009 SP1.0 What now?

At last someone is starting to say what I having been feelingevery sense 2009 and sp1 did not seem to help. (see below) I lovedesigning and enjoyed working in solidworks 2008 but now I amhaving to redo work, reassemble ass.

Lost all my productivity, tools in templates and other. SolidWorkjust basically says workaround. The workaround are costing me andthe people I do work for money and time. I spent weeks on some ofthe templates....gone, weeks on part and ass (as can be seen in oneof my last posts and that a small ass, very small).....gone

Yes there are a lot of great new features but, but did they have touse the NEW guy (programmer) to upgrade SW. Why when things workedgreat did they mess with it? I have heard that great qty of problemare rolling in each day.

I made the great mistake, believing like the change I made from2007 to 2008 no real problems, of not creating backups of the 2008file. Big mistake!!! True.... But now what

I can not go back and it seems not forward to.

Sorry I am a very positive person .........................mostdays. Oh boy I have just looked at all the file I have producedover the years..............there are so many links .........whereis 2008 or what is now 2009. I am going to have to retire a secondtime.

Otherwise HAVE A GREAT DAY

I did the upgrade as soon as it was available. (NEVER AGAIN) Iam on 2009 sp1.0. It is virtually unuseable. I don't have a highend graphics card but it is a Quadro fx 1400 (supported by SWX).When making changes to features, nomatter what they are, I getghost faces (surfaces that aren't there) and at some point thescreen stops redrawing properly and I have to close the file andre-open it. Really aggravated with 2009.
