Hi Everyone,

I have a Maker subscription which I have been using for a couple of months to get back into my SolidWorks skills and hopefully additive machining / 3d printing. Recently I got the notice for the 2024 update. The installation was not successful. It did not seem to uninstall the previous fully and said I had to remove some files left in a directory. I did that then it installed, however, it opens files then shortly after it crashes.

How do I get support or maybe or details on how to uninstall and re-install SolidWorks. The in- version updates worked without issue, however, this was not successful.
