We applied for a Startup license to the SolidWorks suite two weeks ago, and we haven’t received any communications from Dassault Systems or 3ds (via email or the “conversation” feature on 3ds) regarding a trial license as our application is processed.

We have received automated emails for verification of our email accounts.

We've been in touch with multiple support channels form Dassault Systems, to no avail or response.

We’ll soon be entering the development phase of our main project which requires CAD/CAM work, and I believe that SolidWorks is the best program for our company to adopt for this purpose.

Could you please re-send the emails (or “conversation” via 3ds) required for a trial license, or check into the progress of our application?
