I am still a little bit confused about the difference between Startup Program and Scale-Up Program. I did notice the subtle differences in Lifespan of existence of the company as well as funding. But my question is.....for the Scale-Up Program....is the Year 1 also a FREE sponsorship or does the discount range 50%-90% apply from Year 1? For the Startup Program I know Year 1 is 100% discount, Year 2 = 70%, Year 3 = 50%, but I struggle to find the equivalent Year 1-3 discount matrix for the Scale-up Program?
