Out 3D experience license agreement allows for 2 users of solidworks. After many difficulties in getting my instance of Solidworks up and running (the second instance/member) I was able to download Solidworks on my computer but was not able to actually launch because it says my account doesn't have access.
We tried removing and re-adding my account, but the system still says that both instances are taken up, so we can not re-add me or verify my account at all.
Is there a way to remove access or roles, or more importantly, to gain access to Solidworks on my current account?
