I have many configurations for the same part from identical assembly copied many times.

I want to automate the definition of motors in Motion based on the same reference geometry from each assembly. I have 6 identical assemblies, and I want to define 6 motors - one motor for each assembly. I defined one motor, but in the geometry elements definition for the motor, doesn't appear the configuration of parts from each assembly. How to recognize each assembly/parts/ based on configurations?
