At the point when your business has progressed in the number of employees, has a physical prototype and ready to generate revenue, we encourage you to re-apply to the program."

I'm not understanding how I could at any point transfer what I created to my company, given anything I create now is not for commercial use, but obviously it is for commercial use eventually? Where can I review T&Cs?
