After applying for the startup program a several weeks ago we received an email from from the Entrepreneur program stating our resell partner would be able to help us complete the process. It has been over a month and our resell partner has not been able to help complete the process. What is the delay is license distribution? Is there a step we are missing -- our reseller either can't get answers or won't. Trying to move the process forward. Thanks.
