Hello, it has been several weeks since I submitted the application for my team to join the program. Since submitting, I did not get a response into my main email inbox, however I just noticed I had an email from a different order through 3DExperience in my spam inbox and concerned it was automatically deleted after 30 days. Is there any way to get it resent to me if I received a temporary license?
