Connection to 3dexperience failed

I have logged in to 3Dexperience in the browser and used the browser-based app to launch SolidWorks connected, even then I receive the error that the connection to 3dexperience failed. I am connected to the internet and I have updated and correct versions of the software installed.


Have anyone else faced same issue? Any solution to this?
