After I submitted my application and created a 3DExperience account on August 5, I did receive an application confirmation email but could not find a link to the mentioned "private Conversation to access your temporary Solidworks licenses". In my verification email for my new 3DExperience account, I saw that clicking the validation link would "let you access some Dassault Systèmes applications with restricted access", but I was only brought to the home page with no "private Conversation". This email did mention that I could access this link again by going "to your account profile and click on the "Send verification email" button to receive a new link", but when I go to my profile I cannot find any such button.
I started a conversation with the official account and sent some messages over the past few weeks, but I haven't gotten a response. I'm feeling lost and frustrated.
