I was fortunate enough to be accepted to the program in 2020 and my first year ended in 2021. Due to the pandemic and other issues, I wasn't able to renew in 2021... However, I am currently trying to renew for 2022 but was denied. I just need clarification on why. The denial reason was that I have a commercial license but I only used the licenses that were sent to me in 2020. Please help as I am so very close to getting my project completed but need to use Solidworks to finish.
