The first device/system is called the Penguin-Air and is a lightweight, low-cost, fashion-forward a Personal-Air-Powered-Respirator (PAPR). It will eventually provide N100 level protection while being extremely comfortable allowing workers to go back to work confident that they are well protected from potentially infected or harmful air.
