I thought I would post some notes on how to fix a common error we have with sentinels, windows 10, windows 11 and various versions of Surpac.
The first thing to check is the compatibly mode.
1. Right click on the Surpac icon
2. Properties>compatibility
3. Tick the box and change it to windows 7.
Does Surpac now start? if not continue with the steps below
If you are running windows 11, then you may need to update the sentinel driver from the Thales Group website.
1. Download the Sentinel Medic from the Thales Group website and run. This will check the missing sentinel driver components.
2. Install the missing components.
3. Restart the machine and Surpac should now work.
