I have a string file. In the file I have a hole ID as well as a depth. If I have 2 points on the one drill hole, how can I split them up into 2 files, or at least put a value into a dfield so that I can split it up through classify strings by numbers.

Is there some nifty scl command @MB where it reads D3,if D3's are the same, then look at d4. and if D4 is less than D4 in the next points set D10 to 1, else 2 for example.
