I'm in Solidworks Connected where default is Y-up. Seems Enovia is using Z-up (like the rest of the world). I could reorient views in Solidworks, but unfortunately there is no way to reorient origin. So, with a Z-up part template when you create a sketch on front place the sketch rotates 90deg. Can't win either way. Seems like a choice between inconvenient sketch behavior in SW or misoriented thumbnails in Enovia. I don't like either...
