The setup in Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center/Derivated Format Management looks ok :

I succeed to launch the generation of Derivated Outputs...

... but the job status (double click on the line PDF) stays sticked to SUBMITTED and never switches to ACHIEVED

I cannot View neither Download the PDF.

Could this problem come from the lack of Enterprise IP Integration Credits ?
