I'm used to using macros or PDM Tasks to generate these converted files. With PDM Tasks it works well because the files get integrated and managed by the PDM automatically.

If I genrate a PDF of a drawing with Solidworks I would then have to manually add it to 3DX, and even if I add it inside the Physical Product this is still a multi-stage process (writing file locally then add it to the physical product).

Is there a way to automate all of this ? Is there a tool within 3DX just for this ?
