Hatch cannot be created

Hello, I think my problem is relatively simple. Please help.

When creating a hatch, the "ok" cannot be clicked or is grayed out. I can only continue with "Cancel".

Hallo, ich denke, mein Problem ist relativ simpel. Bitte um Hilfe. 

Beim Erstellen einer Schraffur ist das "ok" nicht anklickbar bzw. ist grau hinterlegt. Ich kommen dann nur mit "Abbrechen" weiter.
