Bonjour,

lorsque j'ouvre DRAFTSIGHT Professionel, le logiciel se lance mais ne s'ouvre pas. il se ferme automatiquement et un rapport d'erreur apparait. je ne peux donc plus me servir du logiciel. Je me suis dit que j'allais le désinstaller et l'installer de nouveau, mais comme le logiciel ne s'ouvre pas je ne peux pas désactiver la clé de sécurité.

Below are the historically proven troubleshooting options to solve such issue, Can you please try the following options one by one and see if any helps:
        
        A. Try Restarting DraftSight with default settings:
             
            a. Close DraftSight, go to location: ‘C:\\Users\\[username]\\AppData\\Roaming\\DraftSight’
            (You can directly access this location by using the %appdata% in the RUN command of Windows.)
            b. Right click the folder’ DraftSight’ and Rename the folder to ‘DraftSight_Old’
            c. Restart DraftSight. DraftSight should now open with default settings.
             d. Test the issue
            
        
        Did it work? If no, then try steps given below:
        
        B. Please follow the below steps one by one for Clean re-installation of the software and see if it helps:
        
        a.        Log in to the computer with administrative privileges.
        b.        Uninstall DraftSight. (You don't need to deactivate it as we will activate it again on the same computer)
        c.        Browse to the following location:
         
        ‘C:\\Users\\[username]\\AppData\\Roaming’
        (You can directly access this location by using the %appdata% in the RUN command of Windows.)
         
        d.        In this location, Rename the ‘DraftSight’ folder to 'DraftSight_Backup'.
        e.        Browse to the location:
        
         ‘C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes’ 
        (You can directly access this location by using the ‘C:\\Program Files’ in the RUN command of Windows.)
         
        f.        Delete the ‘DraftSight’ folder.
        g.        Open the Windows Registry Editor:
        
        Run registry editor from Start > Run > type "regedit" (without quotes) and select OK. This will launch registry editor.
        Expand: ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Dassault Systemes > DraftSight’
        CAUTION: Please ensure not to modify any other registry key or folder since it can lead to malfunctioning of other applications
        
        h. in above location, Delete the folder 'DraftSight'
        i.   Browse to the following location:
         
        ‘C:\\ProgramData\\Dassault Systemes’
        (Be aware that the ‘ProgramData’ folder is a hidden folder. You can either choose to show ‘Hidden folders’ from the View menu or you can enter ‘c:\\ProgramData’ directly in the address bar to access this folder.)
         
        j.  In above location, delete the ‘DraftSight’ folder.
        k.  Reinstall the DraftSight software by downloading fresh installation files from www.draftsight.com/download.

Malheureusement quand je cherche "C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes" je ne le trouve pas

je trouve Dassault Système dans "C:\\Users\\[username]\\AppData\\Roaming"

Est ce un problème si je supprime Dassault Système dans cette destination
