I created a small example of a conveyor line. In the conveyor after the corner I added a Decision zone with a Transform Activity on it. The carton should change from an open carton into a closed carton.

So far no issues. The open carton box changes into a closed one.

However, after this, the closed carton doesn't move any further on the conveyor line.
What am I doing wrong?

In the image below you ca n see the closed carton not moving and open boxes piling up behind it.
