Hello good members of this community, 

I came across this command described in the online help called the "Reconnect a Tag to an Operation" that reconnects a selected tag to a point operation through planning.

However I do not have this available in my ActionBar and neither does it show up in the Command Search.

Is this command hidden behind some environment variable that needs to be configured ? 

Would greatly appreciate any help in locating this.
