Hello, In my simulation, I have five machines. Out of these, four are automatic machines — the operator loads the material and, after processing, unloads it. During the machining process, the operator remains idle, as the machine runs automatically. However, there is one manual machine in between. In this machine, the operator loads the material, starts the operation, and During machining, the operator is continuously working, manually adjusting the machine’s speed and other parameters.. After processing, the operator unloads the material, and then the material moves to the next machine. My requirement is that during the manual machine’s processing time, the operator should not be considered idle, since they are actively involved in operating and monitoring the machine. I would like to know how to simulate this type of scenario so that my manpower utilization report 100% correct.
