As we are moving towards digital continuity/thread concept. With regards to this just wanted to know that which 3DX app/widget can replace the outlook/mail for great and smooth way of communication. The current ways of working include the people right from Production to R&D department. Can we use 3D swym community? Is it reliable? or is there any better ways with 3DX? Below is the one of the scenario which is current ways of working

Scenario- Production team identify the factory layout change. They provide all this information via email to Manufacturing engineering team to evaluate the change digitally. The mode of communication here is Outlook Mail.
