The process should go like this: the operator loads a cart with parts, and when it's time to unload, another operator unloads all the parts from the cart, and when the cart is empty, the first operator returns the cart to the original storage of carts. However, I can't get the operator to pick up the cart at the right time, it's as if he dropped all the parts at the station and then picked up the cart. Can anyone help me?
